We’re also impressed with the follow up after the sale, to see if we had any questions and her attentiveness. The whole crew at Exeter Subaru has always been outstanding in the 10 years we’ve done business with them. Also, I would like to thank the Sales Manager, Jimmy LaFlamme, for always going above & beyond to get us everything we’re looking for in our vehicles. Recently brought my Subaru to the Stratham NH location for it's annual check up. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They were welcoming and informative. I had lots of options when deciding what dealership to work with, but Mitch was by far the only sales person I felt comfortable with along the way. He was communicative, friendly, professional, and accommodating through every step. This was my first time buying a Suburu and everyone at Exeter Suburu was wonderful. I appreciated Abby’s help in purchasing my new Crosstrek and getting me the car I really wanted. My wife and I purchased a new Forester from Exeter Subaru. The best part of the experience was the hour-long "training session" with Donna McDonald. She sat in the car with us and took us through every button, switch, app and accessory. It saved us hours of trial and error and paging through the owner manual. Donna's knowledge of the car was extraordinary. This is the first time we've ever had this experience when purchasing a new car and it's a best practice. Donna gets five stars.
